Media Advisory: Governor-General to visit NSW Flood Areas

The Governor-General, Ms Quentin Bryce AC CVO, and Mr Michael Bryce will visit the flood affected region around Moree, New South Wales, tomorrow (Tuesday, February 7th).

Ms Bryce will visit the Max Centre and the Recovery Centre in Moree to meet residents and volunteers.

She will also visit the Yarraman community and a cotton property affected by the floods, before travelling to Wee Waa to visit flood affected businesses and meet residents.

NOTE TO EDITORS: Limited space for media is available on the RAAF flight and helicopter to Wee Waa. The flight will depart Canberra at 0800 and return at 1940.
